Is CraftAr compatible with React Native Applications?

We haven’t created a specific component for React Native. The SDKs for Android an iOS are native and could be integrated with React Native as a component.

We can help you understand how the SDK works if you wanted to do this integration yourself. To start, I would recommend to first learn a bit more about the CraftAR SDKs and their APIs by following the examples included in them.

You can get started in our documentation page:

Best regards,

Luis

Considering growing popularity of React Native, I think it wouldn't be useless to give more ressources to JS devs about this kind of integration.

I'm hesitating between both Ionic 3 (with Typescript) and ReactNative for a following project, and I'm benchmarking AR solutions, and this kind of answers like these you gave about Ionic 3/Typescript is a bit too broad and rough to give me confidence Catchoom is a fitting solution for these kind of JS frameworks :-( (from an integration's point of view, not technical)

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. We take note of your desire for an integration with React Native. We’ll take this in consideration when reviewing our product roadmap in the future.
